We are pleased to announce that Mid-State Mutual has arranged an Umbrella/XS liability program with Golden Bear Insurance Company through M.J. Hall. The program is available to Mid-State agents on our lessors risk business: Mercantile, Shopping Centers, Motels, Office Buildings, Business Parks, Warehouses, Office Condominiums, Lt. Industrial Buildings, Apartments and Residential Condominiums and our homeowners and dwelling business.

Additional liability limits of up to $5 million are provided and I think you will find the rates very competitive.
